Settlement Services
- Evaluate structured settlement offers from opposing counsel
- Avoid constructive receipt
- Offer full structured settlement annuity placement
- Evaluate the benefits of and provide trust services for Spendthrift, Special Needs and Minors trusts
- Provide expert financial testimony
- Provide instructions and guidance for completion of settlement documents
Post-Settlement Services
- Attorney/claimant communication
- Coordinate receipt of future periodic payments
Our services are usually provided at no cost to you or your client. As licensed brokers, we are entitled to receive commissions directly from the life insurance companies.
