Ms. Davis works with attorneys, claims personnel and risk managers to effectively design and negotiate structured settlements in a wide range of areas. Her personal experience with Special Needs Trust assists the attorneys in reaching settlement when SSI and Medicaid benefits are involved, with consideration to coordinating government benefits. She also assists the attorney in determining accurate distributions to meet the needs outlined in Life Care Plans and documenting the file with highest due diligence for structured annuity and Treasury bond portfolios.

Ms. Davis is a member of the International Association for Financial Planning, a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association, and a member of the Society of Settlement Planners.
