Ms. Davis is a member of The Financial Planning Association, a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association, and a member of the Society of Settlement Planners.

John H. Davis is an experienced litigating attorney practicing since 1968 in areas of personal injury and product liability litigation. He was certified as a mediator by the Attorney-Mediators Institute in 1989, Certified as an AAM Advanced Certified Mediator and concluded over four hundred mediations. He is A. V. rated by Martindale-Hubbel, a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, The Association of Attorney-Mediators, San Antonio Bar Association, and State Bar of Texas.
